RSS

Have you heard of the term RSS?

It stands for really simple syndication. The purpose is to create bookmarks (aka favourites) that stay up to date. A good example of this can be found on the BBC website. When you save an RSS bookmark it saves it as a folder in your bookmarks. When you go into the folder, the bookmarks are updated ever few days or weeks. The BBC website has lots of new stories. Instead of going to the website everyday you can look at the RSS feed and see if there are any interesting stories you like. If so, you can just click the bookmark and it will jump to that page.

The icon for RSS looks like RSS icon and can be found in the address bar on the right (on most new website browsers). To subscribe to an RSS feed, click on the icon in the address bar and then click "subscribe".

We have added 1 RSS feed so far. Please click on the icon on the page or in your address bar (some browsers may vary).
